The Greenroom Collective (“we,” “us”) operates this website from 1011 1st Ave, Woodruff, WI 54568. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Class bookings

Class registration and payment are handled through Mindbody. When you book, you are also subject to Mindbody’s terms and the studio’s class policies shown at checkout. Website content (schedules, descriptions, pricing) may change and is not a guarantee that a class will run.

SMS program terms

The Greenroom Collective Class Alerts sends recurring automated text messages about upcoming classes, schedule changes, cancellations, and studio updates related to classes or rentals you have asked to hear about.

• Who sends messages. The Greenroom Collective, 1011 1st Ave, Woodruff, WI 54568.
• Frequency. You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
• How to opt in. Submit your mobile number on our SMS Alerts page (or the SMS Alerts form on the homepage) and check the consent box, which is never pre-checked. You may also text START, YES, JOIN to the studio text number listed on that page.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You can also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP or email hello@greenroomwoodruff.com.
• Consent is optional. You do not have to join the text program to book a class, rent the space, or use this website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers. The program is intended for US mobile numbers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data, including that we do not share that information with third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (for example, by attempting to break security, scrape content at scale, or submit false information). We may remove or restrict access if we believe these terms have been violated.

Intellectual property

Studio names, logos, photos, and copy on this site belong to The Greenroom Collective or our licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Greenroom Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the text program. Some states do not allow certain limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms or end the text program. The date at the top will change when we revise this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
